Mandriva, officially the Mandrivan Democratic Republic, is a small country in eastern Centralia with a population of nearly 30 million people that was founded on June 10, 1970 after the dissolution of the Mandrocolpic Federation. Mandriva's national anthem, "Arise Again, Mandriva!", is based on Slovakia. Lyrics are unfinished.
The Republic of Mandriva's earliest roots that we know of go back to the mid-1800's with the Kingdom of Relocia, the oldest documented Mandrivan state. The Relocian Kingdom was an absolute monarchy under the K'mári dynasty that encompassed much of modern-day Mandriva, Neocolpea (and it's autonomy Iskovia), the State of Mageia, and the northern part of Rosevelia. The state lasted from 1847 until 1910 when the King at the time, Ćeri II, issued the "Decree on Transforming the Relocian Nation", which laid the framework that eventually lead to the country transforming into the Grand Principality of Mandriva, the 1st iteration to actually use the name. The name is said to have been derived from a mythical folktale of one of the first settlers seeing a penguin (Mandrë in Mandrivan) in the middle of a snowstorm.
